Best and worst song of the year.

For the best I am going to have to go with “What Does The Fox Say” why you ask? Well simply because I love foxes and I think this is a catchy and a very funny music video. Now I know I said in another blog that the song by Demi Lovato called “Warrior” was the best so far and I still do believe that but the reason I am saying this song now is because it is in a completely different level to that, they are so different in many, many ways and for this type of fun filled cheesy song it is number one in its own category.

   If you don’t like this song then all well because you must not have a sense of humor if you can’t find this funny. I mean what more do you want in a song? This has everything! It’s got a range of awesome looking people dressed as different animals and a grate beat to it. Come on you have to admit you like this at one point even if you don’t like it now I bet you did the first time you saw it. Now maybe you have herded it to many times or people just won’t shut up about it but in the end you can’t deny this is still a funny song.

Now I know what you’re thinking by this being one of my choices as another best song of year but hey guess what you have heard of it and have probably ended up showing it to people or got them to look it up by trying to put the song down and all you have done by whining is making the song more popular and giving it more hits on YouTube. Don’t believe me? Well guess what the music video has over 274,898,038 views in counting! So now tell me I am wrong when I tell you that this song is defiantly one of the best songs I have heard all year.

   Ok so now I have my rant with what I think the best song is let’s go to what I believe the worst song is. Now truth be told this isn't easy when picking because I like such a wide range of music I find it almost impossible to find a song I don’t like but every now and then there is one or two that just don’t catch my attention and I would much prefer not to watch or hear the song ever again and for this year I guess that song would have to be “Pom Poms” by the Jonas Brothers, the truth is I have never like this band and out of any music I have ever heard it always their songs that turn my stomach and make want to punch my computer screen.

   Like I said before it was really hard to pick a song I didn't like so I decided to go listen to a song by the only band and singers that I dislike and when I saw this song I just felt like snapping my headphones in half but I decided to try and listen to the song with an open mind thinking am sure it couldn't be that bad, they  must of gotten better from the last time I heard them and not to my surprise they sound even worse than when I first saw them in the film “Camp Rock” when watching that film for the first time I didn't really like or “click” with the character, I found them to be overly annoying and play just irritating.

   To express to you how much I dislike this song I would rather be trapped into a room listening to the Barney song “I love You” none stop for 24 hours then having to put my ears through the torture  of listening to another second of that song. To me the lyrics are ridiculous and the fact that they are singing about pom poms just shows on its own that not everyone has a talent for writing music or are capable of coming up with a good story line for their songs but come on! How can anyone listen to this? Please tell me? Because I just don’t see how these three brothers have any talent or ability to make a good song, so yes call me whatever I don’t care I vote this song number one worst song not just of the year but of all time!

One more thing since I mentioned how many views the “What Does The Fox Say?” had I might as well tell you if you though that song wasn’t good well guess what it’s better than this song since it only got 15,686,443 now this may seem like a lot but considering the fox song got over 200,000,00 more views then this just proves it is a terrible song! And the fox comes on top!

ALBUM OF THE YEAR DEMI LOVATO "WARRIOR"

I may not be the best person to tell you what I think of this song since I have only recently herd it but as someone who listens to countless types of different songs, I say what the heck you’re going to listen to what I have to say whether you like this song or not… so take a seat and get comfy because you got quite a bit to read.

I will admit when I say this I am a fan of Demi’s but the truth is I wouldn't wait 5 hours in a line to by her CD’s I will simply find it on YouTube. I don’t always listen to all her newest things simply because I just don’t get around to it but when I went looking for songs she had done this year, I was scrolling across the list of names and that’s when I spotted the song “Warrior” I thought to myself that this looked interesting since it sounded like something that would inspire me to write and the truth is it did.

   This song has so much truth to it that it immediately captured my attention, the lyrics sound so sad and so real that I just want to listen to the song a thousand times over, even as I type this it’s what I am listening to over and over. Recently I did research on Demi and by doing this I learnt a lot of things I didn't know and from what I had read I was shocked and felt sorry for her and all the things she had to go through and now that I have seen this song I know I need to give her more credit than I did before. This girl has gone through so much in her life but she never gives up and continues to fight, even though she went through some hard times she stuck in long enough to get through them and has continued to makes songs and inspire the people around her and her countless fans. 


   This song is so inspiring and I have just realized I have barely talked about the actual song so that’s what I’m going to do now so stand up have a stretch then sit back down to read the rest of what I have to say… ok you ready good because I’m not waiting for you to continue writing.

   This song is about her although she may not say it directly you can tell and by watching the music video you get to see parts of her life and some of the hard times she has gone through but even so throughout the entire song for everything bad she sings about that is hurting and holding her back she still has not given up and refuses to, she repeats as the choruses that she is a “warrior” and I truly believe she and this song will help people who feel as if everything in their life is hard and I believe they all should listen to this song and because I think that this alone will let them know no matter how hard things get you can never truly give up or give in.

   In life people make wrongs mistakes and bad choices, this can lead them down to the wrong path but no matter how far down you go, through this song Demi has proven you can always fight your way back you just have to hold in and do your best not to give up no matter what happens in life.

   If you don’t like or understand this song then that is your entitled opinion but in my opinion you better go listen to this song and research a bit on her and then if that’s not enough then “Don’t like it? Well though” because I still love this song and I think this is one of the most touching inspiring and sadly written nice songs I have heard this year so this has my vote as 2013’s best song so far...
